I have been working in the real estate sector for 16 years. Following previous experience in the banking sector and as a notary, the move into estate agency felt like a logical next step. I still draw on that broad background in my work today. It helps me to view a property transaction from various perspectives and to guide my clients with expert advice on the decisions they face along the way.
What gives me the greatest satisfaction is bringing people together. Buyers and sellers each start from their own expectations and interests. As a real estate agent, I aim to listen carefully, provide clear advice and, through mediation and negotiation, reach a result that both parties can agree on. At Hillewaere, I do this in an environment that doesn’t just wait and see, but constantly looks ahead and innovates. That ambition to keep improving aligns perfectly with how I want to practise my profession.
