I have been part of Hillewaere since 2005. My story began rather by chance: whilst I was working at a temp agency, a job vacancy from Hillewaere landed on my desk. It appealed to me so much that I decided to apply myself. I now know the real estate sector inside out and combine my many years of experience with a personal approach. I enjoy guiding people in a calm and pleasant manner, but I’m also not afraid to take decisive action when necessary.
For me, real estate is first and foremost about people. It’s about listening, building trust and ensuring that every step of the process feels right. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes my job so fascinating. After all these years, Hillewaere feels like a second home: an environment that’s constantly evolving and innovating, with the client always at the forefront. The personal connection and being able to make a difference to people day in, day out is what still drives me after all these years.
